Essex reserve derby for Shrimpers seconds at Colchester United

Yannick Boli; a great game last time around, will he get another chance?

Graham Coughlan's Blues Two's take on Colchester United Tuesday afternoon in the Combination League at their Weston Home Community Stadium; kick-off 14.00.

The main selection query at the moment is whether speedy French striker Yannick Boli will get another game after being heavily involved in the 2-1 win against Stevenage Reserves at Roots Hall last week, winning a penalty and eventually scoring, though we have been told it's 'unlikely' the former Paris St. Germain forward will join the club on any permanent basis.

Hungarian defender Krisztian Timar has been training with the club in an effort to keep fit and find a new club after being released by Plymouth Argyle in the summer, so he would be hoping to take some part in the Essex reserve derby.

As far as we know striker Harry Crawford is still injured, while midfielder Lee sawyer may start to give him some more game time to get him match fit for the first team.

The reserves are looking for their second consecutive Combination win after three successive defeats in the five team league, and with only eight league games they will be finished by Christmas at this rate, maybe everyone's playing each other home and away twice!

Possible Southend United: Bentley, Artemi, Timer, Prosser, Hyams, Johnson, James-Lewis, Stephens, Sawyer, Sturrock, Boli.

Subs: Chambers, Auger, Agyakwa, Njie, Asante
