Luke Prosser; back as a Shrimper
Centre-back Luke Prosser has played six games for Justin Edinburgh's Blue Square Premier side Rushden & Diamonds on loan, actually grabbing a goal!
However, due to the Shrimpers injury problems Luke will not be involved in turning out against Bath City but is travelling down to Devon with the rest of the first team squad.
It's looking as if there will be no late loan signing in time for the play-off contenders six pointer with Torquay United, and we await the team Luggy will select Saturday afternoon with great interest.
At the moment only striker Harry Crawford has been confirmed as absent with rumours that the whole of the back four that played against Wycombe Wanderers Tuesday, including sub Graham Coughlan, are struggling!
