Back four should stay the same for Shrimpers: 'Hopefully make it three wins in a row'

Prosser: 'Really pleased the manager put me straight back in the team'

Blues boss Paul Sturrock has plenty of headaches up front with Liam Dickinson suspended, Neil Harris injured and possible replacement Bilel Mohsni fighting off a flu virus.

However, with left-back Luke Prosser returning from his own injury, and playing so consistantly well, and Mark Phillips at last keeping his at bay, for now, we seem to have a defensive unit, along with Sean Clohessy at right-back and skipper Chris Barker in the centre, that can match any back four in the division.

Phillips told “After missing the Burton match I was really pleased the manager put me straight back in the team and the aim is to keep on playing well, starting with Northampton. I know I still have plenty to learn about playing there but I’m enjoying being there and hopefully we can make it three wins in a row this weekend.”

As long as we can take any chances that come our way with our make shift strikers, we hope so too.

Now if keeper Glenn Morris can only stop making that error a game........
