Mohsni: Frustrated

Bilel Mohsni: Only misses Pilgrims, for now

Oh Bilel, what we would do without you?

Well, we're about to find out, as centre-half come forward Bilel Mohsni will miss Saturday afternoon's League Two clash with Plymouth Argyle for receiving two yellow cards in the 1-0 win over Gillingham Tuesday night at Roots Hall.

The second one was maybe a bit harsh but referee Phillips, who didn't have the best of evenings, had run out of patience with the temprimental Frenchman.

As he eventually saw red that means his four previous yellows still stand, so one more booking and Bilel will pick up another one match suspension.

Luckily the striker shortage should become less so with Liam Dickinson having finally served his three-match ban, though nursing an ankle problem, while Braay Corr and Neil Harris are back in training after their various injuries.

However, we also have midfielder Anthony Grant and winger Ryan Hall on four cautions, so another for either of them and it's put your feet up time for a game each!

In the case of Ryan this would be a real blow, we seem to have enough cover in the middle of the park, as Jemal Johnson has not stepped up to the plate.

He may get another chance to show he can soon enough, and not just against Colchester reserves in the next Combination fixture!
