Tilly and the Moose: 'I think his agent is looking to get him a move'

Tilson: 'If the agent wasn't involved then I think he would've signed by now'

Franck warned us a couple of weeks ago: "I'm a Southend player until I know any different. That's all I can say about it at the moment though."

Well, maybe he's starting to know differently, probably through his agent, who can see a nice winter in Australia to catch some cricket on the commission from a new deal getting the Moose away from Roots Hall.

Or maybe Franck's just had enough and wants to leave.

Or, just like Simon Francis, he's sunning himself on the Med!

Either way the SUFC Exiles may be looking for a new player to sponsor next season as Blues boss Steve Tilson is not feeling confident.

Tilly told www.echo-news.co.uk: "Franck is away at the moment but he hasn't signed his contract yet and I think his agent is looking to get him a move. If that wasn't the case then I think he would've signed by now. But it may be a case of Franck coming back in for pre-season training with us and then going again from there."

I think you were right the first time Tills, me old mate.

Franck Moussa: Still a Shrimper in 2010/11?

Anyway, the soon to be out of contract Moussa would bring in some dosh, as he's under 24 years of age, however with all the other rumoured transfer activity going on at the club Tilly must be wondering who will be turning up for pre-season training come July!

While Uncle Ron dreams about the pounds sterling that are coming his way from a departing squad and the million pound transfers of ex-players, talk about Nero fiddling while Rome burns.

Good luck in the summer Tilly, your going to need it.
