The tie was originally due to have been played at the start of December but was also called off because of a frozen pitch at Melbourne Park.
The Clarets beat Witham Town in the last round 2-1 and reached one more FA Cup round than the Blues, losing away to Wycombe Wanderers in the second stage 3-1 in a tightly fought tie.
