Essex Senior Cup Fourth Round: Chelmsford City v Southend United - MATCH OFF

Last updated : 30 November 2010 By westfield shrimper
The not too surprising news, on top of the League Two away clash with Cheltenham being postponed, is that the Southend v Chelmsford Essex Senior Cup tie has joined it, and for the same reasons, a frozen pitch.

Graham Coughlan's Blues Two's will now not be travelling to Melbourne Park Wednesday evening and we await official confirmation of the new date.

The Clarets beat Witham Town in the last round 2-1 and have already reached one more FA Cup round than the Blues, losing away to Wycombe Wanderers in the second stage last weekend 3-1 in a tightly fought tie.
