As Le Fondre twits back Clayton of Crewe tops the Hot Shots: League Two Top Scorers 2010/11

Donaldson: In demand
Clayton Donaldson: A wanted man

So in the chart for the hot shots of League Two only Clayton Donaldson is the winner with 28 strikes, just one goal above Ryan Lowe of promoted Bury and three ahead of Gillingham loanee Cody McDonald who has returned to parent club Norwich City, now of the Premiership.

Our own Barry Corr was a very credible joint sixth with his 18 league strikes, especially as he suffered from a string of injuries all season and started as a sub on many occasions.

Ryan Hall was the next Shrimper, way down at 42nd, with 9, he did well in the next chart coming up!

No surprise that the soon to be out of contract Donaldson is being tempted by the big bucks being offered by Bradford City and newcomers Crawley Town, though a rumour that Championship Coventry City could be sniffing around may whisk him away from the basement division.

While Millers boy Adam Le Fondre is not in the club's good books by demanding he wants to better himself away from South Yorkshire!

He hit back at his critics though on, where else, his Twitter account: "Would like to point out to ill informed Rotherham fans! That I didn't actually ask for a 3 year! I asked for a 2 year! But u don't pay 150k for some 1 and let them walk away after 2 years! So that weren't the reason! I'm not blaming all fans just 1s who put rubbish about me!! When they don't know the facts! They could easily just ask me!!"

Ouch! (150k?!)

For the Roots Hall faithful it should confirm that Luggy needs to find a decent partner for Big Baz if he really wants to make a decent promotion push next time around.

(Not an exact science, i.e. put attacking central midfielder or striker who lays off Big Baz, but it will give an idea of the thoughts where the team are believed to be weakest.)
