The Essex County Womens Football League Alliance Division 2 have added another fixture for Southend United Ladies FC to fulfill.
After the continuous poor weather conditions Blues Ladies will hope they can return to action next Sunday when they travel to Tiptree to take on fellow Division 2 outfit Torquespeed Ladies FC.
Some would say the Blues are travelling into enemy territory but the Ladies are going there for business.
The Blues currently sit 5th in the league whilst their opponents sit bottom of the league.
On the opening day of the season the Blues ran out 4 - 1 winners against Torqespeed and are looking for the same performance when they meet again.
