Southend United Ladies FC are to participate in a Southend 5-A-Side league on a Tuesday night.
Now the Blues will be playing 5-a-side football on a Tuesday, training on a Wednesday and a match on Sunday.
This is a bid to improve fitness levels, get match practise and bond as a team
