Tony Scully.
Scully, who featured in Cambridge's 2-1 defeat at Roots Hall earlier this season has fallen out of favour at the Abbey Stadium and has arrived with the Shrimpers for a month with Newman possibly looking to secure a longer future for the player.

The former Crystal Palace trainee - a left winger - was once signed by Manchester City for £200,000, but after not quite making it at Maine Road he became a regular at Queens Park Rangers having made the move to London for £150,000.

Scully joined Cambridge on a free transfer last season and has also spent loan spells with AFC Bournemouth, Cardiff City and Stoke City.

The 26-year Irishman from Dublin will go straight into the squad for the Wrexham match.
