West Ham Midfielder Could Rule Britton With United

Leon Britton
Britton has been seen as a player who has a big furutee at Upton Park and the Hammers are looking to send him out on loan, possibly for three months, to give him same sort of experience as Jermaine Defoe and Rio Ferdinand did whilst at AFC Bournemouth and also Michael Carrick at Swindon Town.

Five foot five inch Britton may look small on the pitch but his performances have been instrumetal both for the Hammers Reserve side and also for the side who won the FA Premier Youth Academy back in 1999-2000. Blues winger Steven Clark also featured in that side.

An England Under 18 International, Britton started off at Chelsea before spending six years at Arsenal. He arrived at Upton Park after the Hammers paid the Gunners £400,000 - a huge fee for a player who was just 16 years of age - just over three years ago.

Of course, we at www.thelittlegazette.com will keep you updated on the situation.
