Tilly: "We've thrown it away to be honest"

Blues boss Steve Tilson spoke to the official site after the game: "We had the game won and we've thrown it away to be honest. It's a naive challenge from Lee and he will be disappointed with his part in it. We didn't play as well as we can do today and we go back home frustrated but at least this keeps our unbeaten start to the season going."

Walsall's manager Chris Hutchins

Hutchins: "Would have won with 11 men on the field"

Meanwhile, Saddlers boss Chris Hutchins lamented yet another sending off for his side, telling www.saddlers.co.uk: "We would have won the game with 11 men on the field. We were looking comfortable until circumstances went against us. That said, I was delighted with the character that we displayed. We didn't deserve to lose and dug deep to get something out of the game right at the end. We got a point and now we look forward to the Leeds game on Tuesday."
