Southend United's squad, and they do look like they're bunching together to look as if there's more of them, returned to training Monday when Fitness and Conditioning Coach Laurence Bloom coducted a series of tests.
Anyway, Anthony Grant is smiling, Screech has a new hair style, Ron has buggered off for a while, everything is right with the world; other than we still need around ten new signings in a couple of weeks to compete on a decent level in League Two next season. (Though there are a couple of ex-Swindon players in the pictures, more on that later!)
Still, we can but dream! (And it is strange not see Tilly and Brush around the place.)
