Bilel Mohsni; could return to training in time for a return before Easter
After limping off against Shrewsbury Town last month many of the Blues faithful feared that star centre-back Bilel Mohsni may not be seen this season at all, let alone the four to six weeks we were given.
The French Tunisian has certainly been missed, for his all-round ethusiasm as much for his skill which he has plenty off, as the club's small squad gets seriously stretched with both left-back Peter Gilbert and skipper Craig Easton out of this evening's League Two clash at Crewe Alexandra.
However, some positive news from the club is that Bilel will be seeing a specialist Wednesday about the hope of speeding up his return from the ankle injury that has kept him out of the side for the last seven games.
If all goes wll the influential defender could return to training later this week which would bring a much needed smile to beligured Shrimpers supporters.
