Robins visit Roots Hall on Tuesday, August 10th, kick-off 19.45
Championship side Bristol City will play Southend at Roots Hall, presuming the home side can find eleven players to start, in the First Round of the Carling Cup, on Tuesday, August 10th with the usual kick-off time of 19.45.
This would have been a tough tie for the Shrimpers at any time, but particularly with what's going on at the moment, we will do well to get a result against new manager Steve Coppell's side.
Ticket prices have been set at;
Adults £12, £6 concessions and only £1 for under 7's.

Meanwhile, for the two pre-season friendlies to be played at Roots Hall, only the East Stand will be open for these two matches also against Championship opposition.
