As ever there will be many fun events for all the family, including prize raffles, golf comprtitions, bouncy castles for the children, penalty competitions and of cause the all time favourite...the stocks! Ever wanted to put Kevin Maher in stocks and tormet him? Now is your opportunity!
The players will have a training session, starting at around 11am before the kit launch, and afterwards, around 1:30pm a former Shrimpers side will take on a Celebrity side which is due to include the following:- Justin Edinburgh, Geoff Pike, Mark Robson, Terry Alderton, Neil Ruddock, Alan McKnight, Martin Hayes, Tom Lucy and Jim Alexander.
There will also the the usual fitness sessions, guarentee a laugh, as well as the unveiling of 'The Bluebells', the Shrimpers new cheerleaders for the forthcoming season.
We hope to see you there, but for anybody who cannot make it, you will be able to purchase your new shirts, priced at £39.99 from the Club Shop before Tuesday's friendly with Gillingham and also next Sunday when the Blues Roadshow will be at Soutchurch Park for the National Cricket League match between Essex Eagles and Leicestershire Foxes.
