22-year-old Masters has had his contract cancelled by mutual contract and allowed to sign for the Shots.
Clark never played for the first team but made a number of appearances for the reserves after joining from Brentford on a free transfer in January 2008.
He was not able to push past Blues No.1 Steve Mildenhall and Big Steve's deputy Ian Joyce, however time is obviously on his side.
Speaking to the Aldershot official site Shots boss Gary Waddock said: "I am delighted to have signed Clark. He is a goalkeeper with great ability and to add him to the group is a positive move for the club. I was aware of what he is capable of when he was at Brentford as a youngster where he broke into the first team as a teenager."
The young shot stopper has been loaned out to many non-league clubs in his short career so S24 hopes he's found somewhere to lay down his gloves long term and wishes him the best of luck in the future.
