Herd: 'You just have to get on with it'

As George Friend, Blues loanee left-back from Wolves, played in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy for Millwall earlier this season, he is now cup-tied allowing Johnny Herd to regain his place for one match at least.

Johnny told the Echo: "It's been frustrating for me, especially as I came out of the team because of injury. Things had been going well but against Brighton I got an impact injury and although I tried to carry on I had to come off during the second half. It's disappointing but these things happen in football and you just have to get on with it and wait for another chance. George has played well but can't play tonight so I'm hoping I will get an opportunity."

And he's no longer a teenager as he turned 20 yesterday, Monday 5th, congrats to Johnny from all at S24
