Meanwhile Formes Blues boss Alan Little remains in charge of Halifax Town despite rumours that he left the club over the weekend following the 4-0 defeat at Scunthorpe. Little still in the Shaymen hot-seat Little's decision not to face the media following the latest reverse fuelled speculation that he had either resigned or been sacked. But he took training on Sunday a session called by chairman Bob Walker, who was very unhappy with Saturday's display.

Little's job now is to turn things round in time for two difficult home games in five days. Town entertain Southend United in a rearranged game on Tuesday night and Hull City on Saturday, with both opponents having promotion aspirations.
