Dougie doubtful for Swindon

With Harding definitly out it would have been a boost to have our talismatic striker back for the weekend, however Dougie himself, speaking to www.southendunited.co.uk, doesn't sound too confident.

"I'm having daily assessments at the moment and then we go from there. It's coming along well right now and we are making progress but I obviously need to be able to strike a ball before I can comeback and at the moment I would say my chances of playing Swindon on Saturday are about 50/50. We will keep checking it for the rest of the week and then I expect a decision to be made either tomorrow or Friday."

Not mega hopeful then. We have taken four points from the two games he's missed but Alex Revell has not exactly made the position his own and the quicker Dougie gets fully fit the better. Scunny away would be nice!
