Dervitte, who has made quite an impact at the club since he joined in January, will be included in the squad that plays Estonia on the Hartlepool date of Friday March 27 in Bourges and England, at Nottingham Forest's County Ground, on Tuesday, March 31.

If selected it will be Dervitte's first appearance at Under 21 level having formerly played for their Under 15 thru Under 19 sides, where he received comments such as 'the best young centre half in France!'

Tottenham signed the 20 year old from Lille, the club of his birth, in 2006.

He could come up against Arsenal's Theo Walcott as the strikers been named in the England Under-21 squad for the friendly against France and also Norway on the previous Friday.

Walcott has only just recovered from a shoulder injury sustained in November, but could still be called up to the senior squad if needed. They play a Slovakia friendly and a World Cup qualifier against Ukraine in the same period.

Aaron Lennon and Micah Richards are also included in Stuart Pearce's squad.

Pearce said: "We wanted to take on a Scandinavian side as we've got Finland in the European Championships so Norway was a good option. On top of that we wanted another 'A-line' nation that hadn't reached the finals and they don't come much better than France, so it's a fantastic game for us. The two games will give us a full 10 days to work together."

Bon courage Dorian from TLG.
