Bile Mohsni: Praised by his boss
Blues boss Paul Sturrock appreciates how the exciting Bilel Mohsni, can slot into any position asked of him, and fill it with the enthusiasm and skill that has made him such a favourite amongst the Shrimpers faithful.
The French Tunisian started for the first time in six games in the 3-0 win at Barnet, on the left wing, where he scored the second goal in controversial circumsatnces, to the home side anyway, and is still regarded at the club as a natural defender!
Sturrock told BBC Essex: "The lad's scored five goals this season. For a centre-half who can play anywhere - we haven't tried him in goal yet - I'm pleased for him. It was a difficult position we asked him to play, but he went and played it, which is the beauty of the player."
Bilel has turned out this season at centre-half, full-back, centre forward, and now wide left, though he drifted around the pitch a few times, maybe he got bored, and his five goals have come in only 13 appearances, not a bad strike rate!
