Barrett: 'We haven't had many games together yet so it's only going to get better'
Captain Adam told the Echo: "At the moment it's going well and we're pleased with the defensive record. That's not just the back four though, it's the whole team and if we all start converting more of the chances that are coming our way then it really does bode well for us. When you take into account the changes we've had to make and a few loan players coming and going from what is a small squad I think we've done well."
As for playing next to the tall Frenchman M'Voto, the skipper continued: "I think we complement each other quite well. We are well suited to playing next to each other and I think we're starting to build up a good partnership. Communication isn't a problem either because Jean speaks good English, probably better than some of the English lads we have here in actual fact"
