Crystal Palace cancel contract of Alassane N'Diaye 'by mutual consent'

N'Diaye: Leaves Palace

N'Diaye: Has left Southend and Crystal Palace in a couple of days, not bad!

Crystal Palace midfielder Alassane N'Diaye has left the South London club after his contract was cancelled.

And we were worried about former striker and present Eagles boss Dougie Freedman being upset with us by having to now fork out for N'Diaye's wages while Luggy gets rid of a duff player early, no need, they've sacked him!

The 21-year-old had been loaned to the Shrimpers for the season but recently returned to the Palace without making an appearance amid reports of a training-ground bust-up with a team-mate.

A short statement on www.cpfc.co.uk read: "Alassane N'Diaye has had his contract with the club cancelled by mutual consent."

Short but not very sweet for N'Diaye.

N'Diaye joined Palace in 2009 and made 42 appearances, scoring three goals.
