Bury Town Hall (2).jpg

No bar in the Town Hall, but for a quid you can get in the one at Gigg Lane

Club Bar

There is a supporters club bar at the ground, which welcomes small numbers of away fans as long as it's not too busy, for a small fee of £1.

The bar serves food, has a seperate children's area, and a large screen TV.

Outside there are plenty of pubs on the Manchester Road and close to the ground.

Local Pubs

The Swan & Cemetery; 406, Manchester Road, BL9 9NS.

Popular with away fans, it's not a long walk from the ground, approx. 300 yards, and open from noon.

A Thwaites pub, where the brewery may be in decline but there's enough to be had here.

Large car park, footy on tv, special matchday menus!

The Rose and Crown; 36, Manchester Old Road, BL9 0TR.

End of terrace pub, great choice of real ales, sometimes includes beers from the local Phoenix Brewery.

Ten minutes walk from the stadium.

Check out their website here: www.therosencrown.co.uk

The Staff of Life; 111-113 Manchester Road, BL9 9HJ.

The closest pub to Gigg Lane, serves Tetley and J.W Lees beer, al la the Rifle Range in Oldham.

Does get crowded and has rooms if you find yourselves stuck!

Dusty Miller; 87, Crostons Road, BL8 1AL.

One of only six tied Moorhouses Brewery pubs, with hopefully names such as Black Cat and Pendle Witches Brew on tap, especially so near Halloween, but beware, they can hit you hard!

Nicely situated if off the Metrolonk.

The Robert Peel; 5-10 Market Place, BL9 0BL.

The Weatherspoon's of choice if you fall into the town centre.

The usual mix but probably the cheapest pint on town, with food to match.

Stadium; 2nd row, top right, Gigg Lane: Metrolink station; very top left, just popping out in red: The Swan & Cemetery; top of bottom left, on Manchester Road: The Rose and Crown; top left, just above Wells Street; The Staff of Life; bottom 2nd left, off Gigg Lane: Dusty Miller; to the north-west of metrolink station, off Brandleshome Road, B6214: The Robert Peel; Behind Meterolink station to the north.
