Cross over the road to the other side and continue down it. You will come to Coronation Gardens on your left and the floodlights of the ground can be clearly seen behind them. Take the next left past the gardens into Buckingham Road for the ground.
There will be no trains between Ilford and Stratford from Sunday 27th December to Sunday 3rd January taking in the game, so the quickest route would be to change at West Ham and catch the Metropolitan or District Line and change at Mile End for the Central Line.
There is also the DLR between West Ham and Stratford, only one stop for the Central Line, if it's working on the day!
