Harrold: 'I didn't have the best time at Southend'

The 24-year-old Prince Harry lookalike joined Wycombe in September after being released by the Blues, along with defender Lewis Hunt, and revived his career by ending the season as the club's top scorer.

Speaking to their official site Harrold said: "Each player wants to progress. I will consider my own personal goals over the coming month or so but obviously the main one will be to beat 12 goals. It was an excellent season. I didn't have the best time at Southend and if someone had said to me that we would get promoted and I would be the club's top scorer, I would have grabbed it with both hands. I wanted more than 12 goals but I was delighted to be the top scorer."

Now if his new boss Spud Taylor can somehow make Harry get more than 12 goals next season I would be very surprised, then again the man helped turn the Moose around.

Should be fun having him back at Roots Hall next season up against any centre half we have playing at the time.
