Steve Leslie; expected to make his debut at Roots Hall Friday evening
Well, they can do it!
Hereford United have grabbed attacking midfielder Steve Leslie from the Shrews on a months loan and he could make his first appearance for his new club against the Shrimpers under the lights of Roots Hall Friday.
Leslie has found first-team opportunities hard to come by under Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner this season, managing just nine league starts and nine coming off the bench.
However, Leslie has been an important member of the Shropshire club squad having played over 100 games since his debut for the Shrews in 2006.
It has been agreed that should the deal be extended, then Leslie will not be able to play in the fixture between the two teams at Edgar Street on April 23rd.
