Lewis leaves Bradford City

Hunt: Goodbye Valley Parade
Former Shrimpers defender Lewis Hunt has left strugglers Bradford City by mutual consent, after not being able to become a first regular with the Bantams, though looking at their defensive record this campaign, they could do worse!
The 29-year-old right-back who can also play centre-back, was brought to the club from Wycombe Wanderers in 2010 by another ex-Blue in Peter Taylor, and has only featured once this term, finding it hard to make an impact under either Peter Jackson or new manager Phil Parkinson.
A club statement on
www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk read:
"The football club would like to thank Lewis for all his efforts during his time here and wish him all the very best for the future."
We will always have good memories of Lewis here at S24, strong in the tackle wherever he played, and hope he gets his career kick-started soon enough.
