Ryman League Premier Division side Concord Rangers are taking on a Shrimpers reserve side Wednesday, August 17th, in a friendly.

Player/coach Graham Coughlan, if he can walk after three games in a week and being substituted after 65 minutes at Crawley Town last night, will take players not involved in the 3-0 defeat at the Broadfield Stadium.

Doubtful we'll see on-loan midfielder Alassane N’Diaye after his handbags session with winger Jemal Johnson in training and could be on his way back to Crystal Palace already though nothing official yet so it will be interesting to see the side Graham takes to face the Beach Boys.

UPDATE: Stiker Blair Sturrock will return from an ankle injury along with full-backs Ryan Leonard and Peter Gilbert as well as winger Jemal Johnson and strikers Harry Crawford & Kyle Asante.

Kick-off is at 19.30 at The Aspect Arena, Thames Road, Canvey Island, Essex, SS8 0HH.

Admission is £5 for adults, with kids going free.

Go on, treat yourselves, after Tuesday night let's hope the kids cheer us up.
