Yeovil Old Boys Reunion

Walker will probably start on the bench at the ground where he scored 3 goals in 13 games on loan, unless the injury to Dougie is more serious than we hope, while former No.1 Mildenhall, 82 matches over 2 seasons, is injured.

However, having signed up for another month midfielder Christophe will surely continue his promising midfield partnership with Lee Sawyer at Huish Park on Saturday.

Hard to believe the the guy is only 21 but speaking through an interpreter, Blues youth Medi Abalimba, to www.southendunited.co.uk, Jean-Francois is looking forward to returning: "It was good at Yeovil and I enjoyed it there but I want them to regret letting me go. It will be a good occassion going back there and one I am looking forward to as well."

Christophe played five times for the Glovers but it was probably wages that forced them to let him go rather than any comment on his skill as assistant boss Steve Thompson said at the time: "He's a big lad, about 6ft 2ins, and looks to play more of a holding role. Having a big midfielder is good for defending set pieces and attacking set pieces." Sounds there they were looking forward to him hanging around.

Jean-Francois went on to talk about his club as well as his new roomy, where La Marseillaise is obviously played first thing in the morning, possibily: "I'm enjoying it here and I'm happy that the loan is lasting longer now. It's good the coach has given me the chance to stay and a chance to play in his team too. It's great and I like it here. I've settled in fine and at the moment I'm living with Francis Laurent who has a place down here so that's helped me too. It's nice and relaxing and we're doing well now too which is even better."
