Blues boss Steve Tilson will only open talks with the exciting West Ham junior about extending his loan spell after the weekends's game at Edgley Park.
The 19-year-old has impressed on the left flank scoring three goals in eight games and was made man of the match by TLG after the cup replay with Chelsea in midweek.
Junior has been on loan with the Shrimpers since late November.
Speaking to the Southend Evening Echo Tilly said: "Junior's done ever so well for us but we are focusing on this match at the moment. Once that's out of the way we will talk to him and see what happens."
