124 league games for a team over a decade is not to be dismissed, even so Shrimpers shot stopper Glenn Morris is looking forward to facing the club that released him over a year ago for the first time since he left in tonight's Carling cup first round match.

Morris told www.echo-news.co.uk: "I’m not looking at it like that and I don’t think I have anything to prove because the people at Orient know what I’m about. At the end of my time at Orient I was the number two choice there and I expected to be let go. Clubs at that level very rarely have two senior clubs on their books and it was probably the right time for me to leave as well. I have no hard feelings towards them and it will be nice to catch up with a lot of the people again because I enjoyed my 10 years there.”
