Loan Players a Priority admits Brush

Happier times for Brushy before he became the clubs official spokesman

Well we might have a new left back to look at on Saturday or we might have to wait until the Premier League starts on August 16, a week after the rest of the Football League. We have until the end of that month, or four league fixtures and a cup tie gone.

"We're hoping to get somebody in in time to have a look," confirmed Brush on the official site. "We're looking at bringing people in on loan and that will be ongoing. I think there will be more movement on that front after the Premier League starts because sides will then know which players they want to send out. They are obviously doing it for their own benefit not ours but it's something we're looking at."

All Blues fans have now cottoned on to the fact that the war chest was found empty so we continue to try and be positive and live in the hope that once again T&B will pull something out of the hat but in August this time, not January.

The TLG opinion on the state of play with ten days to go to the Peterborough match will be up later.
