Bramble Sets Goal Target

Bramble sets end of season target.
In an interview with Sky Sports News, Bramble, filmed having laser eye surgery - he wears glasses off the pitch - spoke of the Shrimpers big match at the Millennium Stadium and at the same ticket looked back on the current campaign.

"It was such a shame that we couldn't get a result against Scarborough in the FA Cup" proclaimed Bramble, "but Scarborough played well that night and deserved their chance to meet Chelsea. Hopefully our game will come at the Millennium next week" continued the 23-year old striker who has netted eight times for United this season.

"On a personal note, I would like to score more goals between now and the end of the season, but our main priority is League survival and a winner's medel next week wouldn't go a miss. If all those are achieved I don't suppose it will have been too bad a season" reflected Tes.

Of course, Tes, a day short of a year the elder of Newcastle United defender Titus, has always been somewhat put into the shade by his famous brother, but he hopes all that is about to change, "Obviously with him [Titus Bramble] playing at Newcastle and me down here at Southend, he's alwats going to get the limelight, but hopefully I can get a starting place on Sunday and show what I'm made of on live television" stated Bramble senior, who rose through the ranks at Ipswich Town alongside his brother.

"However, Titus regularly gets to see me play and he is coming down next week with Kieran Dyer so hopefully they'll enjoy their day aswell"
Bramble finished.

Needless to say we hope we enjoy our day as well and that Bramble's three wishes all come true!
