Barrett: 'No-one could have faulted the effort the lads put in'

While obviously disappointed with last weekend's defeat by the Terriers, Shrimpers captain Adam Barrett is taking the positives out of the game while looking forward to the club's next encounter.

Captain Adam said: "Whilst the result was not what we wanted last Saturday, no-one could have faulted the effort the lads put in. We played a team (Huddersfield Town) which has spent a lot of money and are unbeaten at home in the league this season and we more than matched them. I can't remember too many saves Steve (Mildenhall) had to make and whilst we didn't create too much at the other end of the pitch, I think a draw was the least we deserved."

And the Chairboys this Saturday at Roots Hall: "We've got a tough match coming up on Saturday against Wycombe but we will be expecting to take the game."
