Barnard: 'I'll just keep on working hard'
Shrimpers striker Lee Barnard has scored 17 goals this season and Millwall, Leeds United and Southampton have all been reported to be interested in signing him but there's been no form offer yet.
However, the good Lord is only worried about adding to his total for Southend and that's what he confirmed with the Evening Echo.
Lee told the paper: "I'm just concentrating on my football and doing the best I can for Southend. You obviously read reports and hear the rumours but I can't affect any of that. I'll just keep on working hard and make sure I play well."
