Ex-Blues loanee midfielder Lee Sawyer has been released by parent club Chelsea.

Sawyer: Looking for a new club!
Young Lee is not having a good year.
Having been released from his six-month loan contract with Southend after failing to turn up for training, and other off the pitch 'incidents', he's been released by his parent club, Premiership leaders Chelsea.
Never more than a unused sub when Chelseas were managed by Luiz Felipe Scolari, he also went on loan to Wycombe and Coventry.
S24 wishes Lee the best of luck and hopes he gets over whatever issues he has with the world, especially with a young child to support, because he's a bloody good player.
