It might have become a midweek game but let's hope they open all of the away end from the start this time around!

Plenty of services from south east Essex, with a £16.90 day return taking from 90 minutes depending where you get on, from central Southend you could leave as late as half five and make the game, but I wouldn't trust the the British transport system that much!

Not long to wait going back, and the Old Bill sometimes keep a train waiting anyway, the 22.01 will get you back in Southend around half eleven.

After that there's a 22.07 and 22.31 with the last train at 23.31 but I'm sure your be all long gone by then!

Services leave and return to London Bridge on a regular basis, day return £4.30.

There are some services available from London Victoria at the same cost.

To confirm times go to www.eastcoast.co.uk.

South Bermondsey Railway Station is only a few minutes walk from the ground. There is a direct walkway specifically built for away fans which takes you directly to the away end and back to the station afterwards.
