According to local Crawley paper the Observer League Two promotion rivals Crawley Town may have to fight off a bid for second tier club Blackpool who are just three points off the play-off pace for an immediate return to the Premier League.

Fellow Championship club Crystal Palace were also reported to have made an offer, but were told to go away and not bother again unless they were offering a million!
